AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE LIBRARIAN TO ESTABLISH A STATE-WIDE BOOK GIFTING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN.
To require the State Librarian to establish a state-wide book gifting program for children under the age of five for the purpose of advancing new and strengthening existing local Dolly Parton's Imagination Library programs.
