AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM THE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS GROSS EARNINGS TAX PROPANE GAS USED TO POWER MEDICALLY NECESSARY DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT.
To exempt from the petroleum products gross earnings tax propane gas to be used in a generator that provides electricity to medically necessary devices and equipment.
