AN ACT CONCERNING INSURANCE MARKET CONDUCT AND INSURANCE LICENSING, THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT'S TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS AND OTHER REVISIONS TO THE INSURANCE STATUTES AND CAPTIVE INSURANCE.

To require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to study workforce shortages, workforce development and training availability.
