AN ACT CONCERNING NONDISCRIMINATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY PROTECTIONS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS.
To ensure equitable access to domestic violence services by: (1) Including nondiscrimination policies and cultural competency training for domestic violence shelters and housing providers, and (2) expanding confidentiality protections to better safeguard the personal information of domestic violence survivors.
