AN ACT PROHIBITING FORECLOSURES FOR CERTAIN MORTGAGE LOAN DEFAULTS.
To (1) prevent a mortgagee from placing a lien against or foreclosing upon property for any mortgage loan default caused by a missed installment payment between March 1, 2020, and September 30, 2021, and (2) require the mortgagee to add any such missed installment payment to the mortgage loan balance and extend the term of the loan.
