AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF MUNICIPAL TAXES AND FEES IN ADDITIONAL INSTALLMENTS.
To authorize municipalities to provide taxpayers an additional option for the payment of taxes and fees, and eliminate expenses related to the mailing of billing statements.
