AN ACT CONCERNING MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS.
To prohibit insurers from requiring health care provider participation in a maintenance of certification program as a prerequisite for (1) obtaining reimbursement from such insurer, (2) participating in such insurer's provider network, or (3) obtaining professional liability insurance coverage from such insurer.
