AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADJUDICATION OF CERTAIN CRIMES WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA WHERE SUCH CRIMES WERE COMMITTED.

To reduce an additional burden on crime victims by requiring certain crimes to be adjudicated where the offense occurred.
