AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT RECOMMENDED BY THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION.
To revise the Freedom of Information Act as recommended by the Freedom of Information Commission to modify the application of the definition of governmental function, revise commission training requirements, amend the education records exemption, modify the definition of hand-held scanner and permit electronic transmission of special meeting notices.
