AN ACT CONCERNING MODIFICATION FOR SENTENCES BASED ON OR ENHANCED DUE TO A MARIJUANA OFFENSE.
To effectuate sentence modification for any individual serving a sentence of incarceration or supervised release on a controlling marijuana offense or whose sentence was extended due to a sentence enhancement related to a marijuana offense.
