AN ACT CONCERNING RAILWAYS AND ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
To amend the Liquor Control Act by (1) defining "heritage railway", (2) establishing a short-term heritage railway cafe permit, and (3) establishing a reduced fee for cafe permits issued to heritage railways.
