AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION PASSES FOR STUDENTS IN ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
To encourage and support students enrolled in adult education programs to continue to attend such programs by providing them with free or reduced-fare access to public transportation.
