AN ACT CONCERNING THE ORGAN AND TISSUE DONOR STATUS ON ANY CREDENTIAL ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
To provide organ and tissue procurement organizations with access to the name and information of any person who indicated an intent to become an organ and tissue donor on any credential issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles, including permits.
