AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN VACANT LOTS FROM CONFORMANCE WITH CHANGES IN ZONING REGULATIONS.
To specify that certain vacant lots shall not be required to conform with changes in zoning regulations adopted after the approval of a subdivision or resubdivision plan.
