AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDED BY NONPROFIT AGENCIES.
To index funding for nonprofit providers of health and human services to inflation to better ensure access to services for Connecticut residents, and to require the legislature periodically review rates to ensure they are adequate to meet the needs of the state.
