AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID FUNDING FOR BEDS RESERVED FOR CHRONIC DISEASE HOSPITAL PATIENTS WHO ARE TEMPORARILY TRANSFERRED TO ACUTE CARE HOSPITALS.
To authorize Medicaid funding for beds reserved by chronic disease hospitals for patients temporarily transferred to acute care hospitals for critical care.
