AN ACT CONCERNING COVENANTS NOT TO COMPETE IN THE HOME CARE INDUSTRY.
To allow homemaker-companion agencies to contractually limit the ability of a homemaker-companion who has received paid training from such agency to engage in private service contracts with clients of the agency.
