AN ACT CONCERNING TUITION WAIVERS FOR THE CHILDREN OF VETERANS AT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To provide a tuition waiver at a public institution of higher education for any child of a veteran who was eligible for a tuition waiver, but did not use such waiver.
