AN ACT REQUIRING ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES TO PROVIDE GENERATION INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS WITH RESIDENTIAL PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR SYSTEMS.
To require electric distribution companies to provide on-bill information to customers with residential solar detailing the generation from the solar systems and the amount of excess power sold to the electric distribution company in kilowatts and dollars.
