AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A HUMAN SERVICES PERMIT AND A REQUIREMENT THAT SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKERS CONDUCT HOME VISITS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.

To create a human services permit that allows individuals to provide mental health and human services to students in schools, and to require school social workers assigned to students to conduct at least two home visits for each such student during the school year.
