AN ACT CONCERNING THE COUNTING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS.

To (1) eliminate an elector's marking of an absentee ballot in such a manner as to disclose the identity of such elector as a reason to reject such absentee ballot, (2) provide that whenever multiple absentee ballot sets have been issued to an elector only the ballot last received by the municipal clerk shall be counted, and (3) require that the municipal clerk retrieve absentee ballots from drop boxes at the close of the polls at an election, primary or referendum.
