AN ACT CONCERNING THE FEES FOR VETERANS' SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATES.
To reduce by fifty per cent the fees paid by veterans or armed forces members for (1) the production costs of certain veterans' license plates, (2) Support Our Troops! license plates, and (3) certain administratively-created veterans and military organization license plates.
