AN ACT CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF COMPOUND INTEREST ACCRUING DURING PERIODS OF CERTAIN PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCIES.
To exempt small businesses from paying compound interest that accrues during any period that a pandemic public health emergency has been declared.
