AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT THAT PROMOTE ACCESSIBILITY IN HEALTH CARE FACILITIES.

To require medical diagnostic equipment purchased by certain health care facilities to meet technical standards for accessibility by persons with disabilities.
