AN ACT REDUCING INTEREST DUE ON CERTAIN UNPAID MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TAXES.
To reduce from eighteen per cent to twelve per cent the annual interest due on unpaid municipal property taxes when a municipal tax collector files a lien on a property and such lien is assigned to a third party.
