AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID COVERAGE FOR INFERTILITY TREATMENT.
To provide Medicaid coverage for the medically necessary diagnosis and treatment of infertility to the same extent such coverage is required by private insurers and eligible for Medicaid reimbursement under federal law.
