AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR BREAST RECONSTRUCTION.
To require health insurance coverage, without any out-of-pocket expense, for nipple reconstruction or nipple tattooing for all insureds who have undergone a breast reconstruction surgery for a medically necessary purpose, including prophylactic mastectomies.
