AN ACT CONCERNING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN LIENS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to release liens within a certain period of time when such lien has been satisfied.
