AN ACT CONCERNING STANDARDS FOR THE SPRAYING OF HERBICIDES ALONG RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS.

To require railroad company vegetation management plans to be consistent with the requirements for such plans in the state of Massachusetts.
