AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR DRUG RECOGNITION EXPERT TRAINING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
To provide funding for drug recognition expert training so that law enforcement officers can identify motor vehicle operators who are operating under the influence of cannabis or a substance other than alcohol.
