AN ACT REQUIRING THE STUDY OF THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE STATE.

To require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to conduct a study to determine whether policy and procedural changes within the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection may increase the effectiveness of the use of technology in the state.
