AN ACT CONCERNING FEES CHARGED BY INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To (1) prohibit institutions of higher education from charging fees to students that are not part of tuition and room and board costs, and not disclosed prior to requiring an enrollment deposit; and (2) require institutions of higher education to return unexpended meal plan funds.
