AN ACT REQUIRING RETAILERS TO DISCLOSE HEALTH RISKS POSED BY CONTACT LENSES.
To require retailers that sell, fit or otherwise provide contact lenses to consumers to disclose to consumers, at the point of sale, that wearing contact lenses while engaging in certain activities poses certain health risks.
