AN ACT REQUIRING THE STATE TO PAY FOR THE COSTS OF ANY SURVEY OR OTHER MAINTENANCE OF WYASSUP LAKE THAT IS REQUIRED OR CONDUCTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
To require the state, rather than residents of Wyassup Lake, to pay for any survey costs required by the state or the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
