AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAMS FOR CERTAIN YOUTHS DISCONNECTED FROM EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE TRAINING.
To provide funding to identify youths who are disconnected from education and workforce training and at risk for criminal behavior and direct them to early intervention programs.
