AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO EXAMINE FINGERPRINT COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND SHARING SYSTEMS USED BY MUNICIPAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS.
To establish a task force to examine and make recommendations for the improvement of (1) each municipal police department's system of collecting and processing fingerprints, and (2) the method of sharing such fingerprints between municipal police departments.
