AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX DEDUCTION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A RESIDENTIAL CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

To establish a personal income tax deduction of up to two thousand five hundred dollars for the installation of a residential charging station for electric vehicles.
