AN ACT AUTHORIZING CREDIT UNIONS, BANKS AND REALTOR ASSOCIATIONS OR ORGANIZATIONS TO ESTABLISH OR PARTICIPATE IN MULTIPLE EMPLOYER WELFARE ARRANGEMENTS.
To authorize (1) credit unions and banks chartered in this state, and (2) any professional association or organization of realtors to establish or participate in multiple employer welfare arrangements.
