AN ACT CONCERNING THE "MOVE OVER" LAW.

To increase public safety by requiring motorists to reduce the speed of a motor vehicle to twenty miles per hour when approaching a stationary emergency vehicle on the shoulder, lane or breakdown lane of a highway.
