Employment
AN ACT REQUIRING INFORMED CONSENT FOR A PELVIC OR PROSTATE EXAMINATION ON A PATIENT WHO IS UNDER DEEP SEDATION OR ANESTHESIA OR UNCONSCIOUS.
To prohibit unauthorized pelvic and prostate examinations on patients who have been administered sedation or anesthesia or are unconscious.
