AN ACT CONCERNING A CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH FOR A DECEASED FETUS OR INFANT.
To require the Department of Public Health to revise the certificate of live birth for a deceased fetus or infant by removing the watermark of "deceased" across the certificate and inserting the word "deceased" in a more discreet manner at the bottom of the certificate.
