AN ACT CONCERNING INVESTIGATIONS OF INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE BY INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To require an institution of higher education to allow victims of intimate partner violence to participate in any investigation or administrative hearing conducted by such institution in cases where the accused is a student or employee of such institution, but the victim is not.
