AN ACT ESTABLISHING UNIFORM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR A TEMPORARY STATE PERMIT TO CARRY A PISTOL OR REVOLVER.
To specify uniform criteria for an application for a temporary state permit to carry a pistol or revolver so that each town and city will have the same criteria, standards and procedures for the application process.
