AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONVERSION OF COMMERCIAL REAL PROPERTY FOR RESIDENTIAL USE.
To (1) allow the conversion of any commercial building into a residential development as of right, (2) prohibit the revaluation of any commercial building subject to such conversion for not less than three years, and (3) require that municipal inspections of any commercial building subject to such conversion be completed within a reasonable time.
