AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGIONAL PLANNING INCENTIVE ACCOUNT DISTRIBUTION FORMULA.
To change the regional planning incentive account distribution formula by indexing the per capita payment amount to inflation or an amount determined by the General Assembly, provided such amount shall not be decreased.
