AN ACT REQUIRING A REPORT FROM THE COMMISSIONER OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CONCERNING BATTERY STORAGE.
To require a report by the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection on the effectiveness of battery storage technology and such technology's impact on ratepayer bills and the environment.
