AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DOCK WHEN THE FORMER PERMIT HAS EXPIRED.
To expedite the issuance of a new permit to build a dock when the former permit has expired but there are no changes to the application for such permit.
