AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF NOTICE TO A PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF A MINOR CHILD WHO HAS RECEIVED PREGNANCY-RELATED HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
To ensure that the parent or guardian of a minor is provided notice of the minor child having received pregnancy-related health care services.
