The meeting was then recessed for caucuses and reconvened at 3:29 PM.

S.B. No. 1065 (RAISED) AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECORDING OF POLICE ACTIVITY BY THE PUBLIC. (JUD) was moved by Senator Coleman and seconded by Senator Doyle. There was discussion between Senator Coleman and Representative Smith.

Representative Tong recessed the meeting at 3:42 PM for caucus.

The meeting was reconvened by Representative Tong at 3:59 PM

Discussion resumed on SB 1065. The bill was discussed by Senator Coleman, Representative Smith, Representative Carpino, and Representative O'Dea.

Representative Tong stopped the discussion when the committee's JF Deadline was reached at 5:00 PM.

A motion was duly made and seconded to adjourn the meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 PM.
