The amendment does not result in a fiscal impact to the state, municipalities, or the state health exchange, Access Health CT. The amendment requires the board of directors for the exchange to issue two reports to the General Assembly: (1) a monthly report with plan enrollment information and the status of insurance coverage prior to enrolling in plans sold on the exchange or Medicaid and (2) a quarterly report on the exchange's data privacy protections. The amendment makes other conforming changes which do not result in a fiscal impact.
